Konza is snego's engineering subsidiary. It builds the platforms, systems, and consumer products that the group takes to market — and it takes on selected engineering work for outside partners.
Its first consumer product, myNala, is in active development.
grantZA is snego's grants delivery platform. It exists to make South African funding programmes reach the people they are meant to reach — informal traders, small businesses, and community-scale organisations — with less paperwork and less loss in the middle.
Programmes currently running on grantZA include the Informal Trader Grant.
amapiano.ai is a generative music tool for the amapiano genre — a way for producers and fans to sketch, generate, and rework amapiano tracks from prompt to stem.
The product is in active development. Early access will open through the group.
Beyond the named ventures, snego operates cross-cutting practices — AI research and public sector delivery — that support the group's ventures and take on external work.
