Decentralised finance — automated trading systems and market-making bots for crypto venues.
Prediction markets — training models for platforms like Polymarket, turning research and information asymmetry into calibrated positions.

Government tender delivery

snego takes on selected government tender work in South Africa, focused on technology delivery — building the systems, running the programmes, and closing them out to spec.

Public-interest work is a founding motivation of the group; where a snego venture (such as grantZA) is the right delivery vehicle, we operate through it.
